Sync Live Products

If you have on-boarded yourself via shopify, then, after logging into the application, the next steps to sync live products.

After a user has successfully onboarded to shopiads via shopify, a default campaign is created.

Below are the steps to sync/resync products so that it will be shown in your campaign.

Click on the Sync/Resync Product link.

From the popup screen, click on the checkbox next to a product listed to sync/resync the product.

Click on the Sync product button.







After the user has sync/resync the product, if you go and check on the product list in shopiads, you can see the product is added to the campaign.



A product that is synced with shopiads shows Sync Status as Synced and if the campaign status is active, then it shows the status as Active.

# Remove From Campaign

If the user wishes to remove a product from the campaign, below are the steps to remove from the campaign.


Click on the Sync/Resync Product link.

From the popup screen, click on the checkbox next to a product listed.

Click on the “remove from campaign” button to remove the product from the campaign.
